GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 – Object of the contract
With these general conditions of sale, the SELLER sells and the CUSTOMER buys the products listed and offered for sale on the site www.vintagejokes.com. The contract is concluded exclusively through the Internet, by accessing the CUSTOMER at the WEBSITE and the creation of a purchase order in accordance with the procedure laid down by it.
2 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
The sale will be considered complete by sending to the CUSTOMER an e-mail for the order confirmation. The e-mail contains the details of the CUSTOMER and of the order, including the price of the goods purchased, the cost of transport and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent. The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein and to communicate any corrections.
The SELLER undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors may result from inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product. In addition, photographs of the products presented on the WEBSITE do not constitute part of a contract, as only representative.
The CUSTOMER, before the conclusion of the purchase contract, examines the characteristics of the products described in the individual product data sheets at the time of selection by the CUSTOMER.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the confirmation of the order with “payment obligation”, the CUSTOMER is informed about:
- the total price of the goods including taxes, shipment and any other costs;
- terms of payment;
- delivery time of the goods;
- terms, conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, as indicated in the FAQ.
The SELLER undertakes to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Orders are normally delivered within 1-5 working days depending on the destination. If the products are not immediately available, the CUSTOMER will be promptly informed by the SELLER and will decide together with the SELLER the timing of delivery.
3 – Availability of products
The availability of the products refers to the moment in which the CUSTOMER consults the information of the product; this must still be regarded as purely indicative, since, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of most users, the products could be sold to others before order confirmation.
Even after the SELLER sends via e-mail the confirmation of the order, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the SELLER can decide whether to make partial deliveries communicating by e-mail to the CUSTOMER.
4 – Payment
Any payment by the CUSTOMER may only be done by the payment methods listed on the WEBSITE. For more information please visit our Payments FAQ page.
5 – Selling Prices
All selling prices of the products shown on the WEBSITE are expressed in Euro and include VAT. Before sending the purchase order, the CUSTOMER is invited to check the final sale price.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they are entered and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before payment.
The CUSTOMER accepts that the SELLER has the right to modify its prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices listed on the WEBSITE at the time of the order and confirmed in the email sent by the SELLER as confirmation of the order.
6 – Delivery
The SELLER ships by courier and the products will be delivered to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of order.
The invoice information is provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. After issuing the invoice, the CUSTOMER cannot make any changes to the information provided. All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice showing the value of the individual items in Euros.

7 – Liability
The SELLER assumes no liability, in the event of failing to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract, for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even when generated from malfunctions and failures of Internet.
The availability of each item is only an indication, not contractual and can not be attributed to the SELLER the responsibility in case of unavailability of one or more products.
8 – Guarantee
Pursuant to the European Directive 44/99 / EC and the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and the regulatory provisions referred to in articles 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and subsequent amendments of the Decree. 206/2005, under which the Seller guarantees to the CUSTOMER, who qualifies as a “Consumer”, that the products will be free from design and material defects and conform to the descriptions published on the WEBSITE.
The application of any guarantee does not apply in the event that the use or cleaning of the product by the CUSTOMER does not comply with the instructions and warnings provided by the SELLER.
9 – Returns & refund policy
Pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, from the date of delivery of the products.
If the CUSTOMER decides to exercise this right, must inform the SELLER via e-mail before making the return. The goods must be returned to the SELLER undamaged, complete in all its parts, including packaging and any other documentation, at the address that the SELLER will communicate by e-mail to the CUSTOMER.

10 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any sales contract concluded between the SELLER and the CUSTOMER in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. In any case, they will be granted without prejudice to any further rights recognized to the CUSTOMER by the provisions of the law in force in the State of residence of the latter.
All disputes are the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
11 – Severability
If any provision, or any part of any provision, of these terms and conditions, should be held invalid because it is inconsistent or contrary to the law, all other provisions of this Agreement, or parts thereof, will remain in effect at all effects.
